The Department of Statistics at the University of Connecticut will host a virtual information session for prospective graduate students on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

During the session, you’ll hear from:

• Professor Ming-Hui Chen, Department Head

• Professor Zhiyi Chi, Director of the Graduate Program

• Professor Vladimir Pozdnyakov, Director of Admissions

They will provide an overview of the graduate programs, the admissions process, and the department. There will also be an opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have about the Department of Statistics, the University of Connecticut, or the town of Storrs.
